Applicable Law
All agreements, offers, and deliveries by Hope Industries B.V. are exclusively governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.
Any disputes shall be submitted in first instance to the competent court in the district of Rotterdam, unless mandatory rules of jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Export Controls and International Trade Compliance
Hope Industries B.V. manufactures military drones and related systems classified as military goods under the EU Common Military List (as updated), the Dutch Strategic Goods Decree (Strategische Goederen Besluit), and related national/international regulations.
All products, technical data, software, and services supplied by Hope Industries B.V. are subject to Dutch, European Union, and – where applicable – international export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Regulation (EU) 2021/821 (as amended) concerning dual-use items
- Dutch Strategic Goods Decree and related legislation
- EU Common Position 2008/944/CFSP defining common rules governing control of exports of military technology and equipment
- U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR), where U.S.-origin content is involved
Any export, re-export, transfer (including in-country transfers), or provision (including technical assistance and brokering activities) of our products and/or related technical data to foreign parties requires prior authorization from the competent authorities, including but not limited to the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Directorate for Legal and Administrative Affairs) and the Central Import and Export Office (C DIU).
End-users and end-uses are screened in accordance with applicable sanctions regimes and export control policies.
